– they’re in season now and we even decorate our homes with them. Strawberries are our number one decorating theme: we sew pillows, decorate ballerinas and stamp trays with them. We just can’t get enough of this spectacular fruit.
Pressing flowers
– romantic and nostalgic at the same time! Pansies and horned violets are especially good due to their pretty “faces”. Put individual blossoms into a flower press or a thick book and press for one week. Then apply them with craft glue.
Edible blossoms
– whether in ice cubes, candied or scattered fresh over a salad, they’re much more than just decoration. The aromas in the blossoms are similar to those in their leaves, but are sweeter due to the nectar.
Fresh laundry
– when dried in the fresh air, its scent is matchless. But because we can seldom do that today, we use the help of flower fragrances. Lavender, roses or herbs in sachets or mini bouquets put into the wardrobe also give off lovely scents.
